How are files delivered?
After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure access link to your download area. Links expire for security, and you can request a fresh one at any time from the Download access page.
Which devices can I use?
Any phone, tablet, or computer that can open PDFs and play MP3s. Download your files before you travel so they are available offline.
Can I print the guides?
Yes, you may print them for your own personal use.
Are the worksheets fillable?
Selected worksheets contain fillable fields. Support varies between PDF viewers. Anything you enter stays on your device.
Does the audio work offline?
Downloaded MP3s can be played offline. Listening in the browser needs a connection, so download before you travel.
I lost my download link. What now?
Visit Download access and enter your purchase email. If there is a matching order, a fresh secure link will be sent.
