Refunds and digital delivery

If the guides aren't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This guarantee applies to individual PDF purchases and the Complete Collection, including purchases where the files have already been downloaded.

Contact FlyingSafe using the support details on the Contact page. Include the email used at checkout, your purchase date, and your order or receipt reference if available. Do not send card details. The support address is not yet available.

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the provider and your bank. Your statutory rights are separate from this voluntary guarantee.

These are digital products, with no shipping. After confirmed payment, your secure download page provides the PDFs or MP3s included in your order. Save them before your trip. Email delivery is still being configured, so keep your download page bookmarked.

Try downloading again using your saved download page, check your available storage, and open the file in a compatible PDF reader or MP3 player. If a file is missing, inaccessible, or faulty, contact support with the file name and a description of the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content. Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in place unless the legal requirements for an exception are met. Downloading alone is not treated by this policy as consent to give up those rights.
