Your information

Privacy policy

We use purchase information to process your order and provide access to your files.
Pre-launch draft: the legal identity and contact details of the Denmark-based seller, retention periods, and final service-provider and international-transfer disclosures must be confirmed before live sales.

Information used for your order

Our order records include your checkout email, the products purchased, payment reference, order status, total amount, currency, and purchase date. A secure access token connects your order to your download page.

Payment information

Payments are handled through Stripe. Information needed for payment and tax is entered in its checkout form. FlyingSafe's order records do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Why information is used

Order information is used to fulfill your purchase, verify access to purchased files, handle payment issues and refunds, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Processing necessary to supply your order is based on performing the purchase contract; statutory records are maintained to comply with legal obligations.

Services involved

Lovable Cloud hosts order records and private product files. Stripe processes payments. Email delivery is not yet enabled; the email provider and related disclosures will be added before that service is activated.

Your device and download links

Your cart is stored in your browser so it remains available between visits. Purchased files are served through time-limited download links. Treat your download page as private and do not share its link. See the cookie and browser storage policy.

Health information

You do not need to provide medical history or health information to buy or use FlyingSafe. Please do not include sensitive health details in support requests.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Danish Data Protection Agency.
